The private bathroom at Beech Cottage was just what I needed after a long day of exploring. The bath was so inviting, and I enjoyed soaking in the warmth while sipping a cup of tea. It made me feel like I was pampering myself!
I personally found the shower a bit small, but hey, maybe others enjoy the cozy feeling!

Great location for walking to town and lake. Keyless code entry, no keys to carry. Managed to park in front. Lovely area and good-sized cottage. Had most things needed, aside from washing machine and towels. Comfortable bed, nice bathroom, no hot water or heating issues. Very quiet, yet close to train and bus stations.

As two women traveling alone, we felt completely at ease at Beech Cottage. the location is fantastic, just a short walk from the town center and transportation hubs. the cottage itself is well-equipped with a comfortable bed, a nice bathroom, and reliable hot water and heating. Despite being centrally located, the area was surprisingly quiet, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep. the owner's detailed guide provided everything we needed for a pleasant stay, making us feel well-informed and prepared.
Felt right at home, no complaints.

We absolutely loved our stay at Beech Cottage in Windermere! The room was cozy and charming, making us feel right at home. The private bathroom was a real treat, with a bath or shower to suit our every relaxation need. Perfect for a couples' getaway like ours!
Not really a fan of the wallpaper in the room, but that's just our personal taste. Others might still find it charming!

The bathroom in Beech Cottage was fantastic! It had a lovely bath and shower combo, which was perfect for soaking and refreshing after a long day of biking. As a guest who loves to relax and unwind, this bathroom was just what I needed.
Personally, I found the bathroom mirror a bit too small for my liking. But hey, that's just my opinion, and I'm sure others might not mind it at all.

Easy access to shops and cafes, great location near pubs and restaurants. The welcoming folder had loads of useful information. It was cozy and perfect for a romantic getaway. The hiking trails nearby were awesome and the views of the lake were breathtaking.
The cottage wasn't cleaned properly. There was dog hair everywhere, broken glasses, and dirty baking trays left in the oven.

The cottage had everything except a washing machine and towels, but who needs clean clothes and personal hygiene anyway? Great location, comfy bed, and no worries about keys. Highly recommend. if you don't mind a bit of dirt.
Who needs a washing machine and towels when you can have stained carpets, dog hair, and used baking trays? Perfect for a less-than-pristine getaway.

The bathroom was amazing! I loved the private setup with a bath and shower. It felt so luxurious and relaxing after a day of biking. I could unwind and soak in the tub or take a quick shower to freshen up. It was just what I needed.
The only downside for me was the lack of a hairdryer. But hey, that's just my preference!
